Refund Policy

All registrations for Jom Gegar are subject to the following refund terms:

• A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least thirty (30) days before the event date.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the event.
• Ticket transfers are permitted with prior written notice to the organisers before the event begins.
• Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method and administrative processing requirements.

The organisers reserve the right to amend the event schedule, speakers, programme flow, or venue arrangements where necessary.

In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, the organisers will communicate the available options to all registered participants accordingly.
