Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

All registrations for Jom Gegar are strictly non-refundable.

Please ensure that you are able to attend the event before completing your registration and payment.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant by providing written notice to the organisers prior to the commencement of the event.

The organisers reserve the right to amend the event schedule, speakers, programme flow, venue, or any event arrangements where necessary without prior notice.

In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ reasonable control, participants will be informed of the available options at the discretion of the organisers.
